advice for swimming is perfect
as birds are to what to do the home a machine homing is becoming to me you behind an instrument like a weather vane you’re listening to controllers talk about what they see clouds do I have their questions humidity feels on my skin I have the one I love and ask others too much anyway grateful to have some self time like it’s an anthem this summer but just for us me why weather is such a romance I don’t know – do you can’t always have words for us poets should see the beach more its options are good on the mind |

Iowa City
man, there’s so much to do birds kite and ship out – in a bar a couch of basketball to watch there’s music but I twist it in you how your voice is without it I couldn’t know it practically sets us apart my watch on collateral time it isn’t a heart I’m aware of that’s your engine – everyone’s different it’s just a burger for some held out in front their whole life on the long of hours day everyone standing in a bar my bike squeaks I ride on in the room there’s isn’t in the body it’s only me I love that about it – days age I don’t feel it sometimes |

rhode island’s not for lovers
just a kid -- we had a nice meal with my mom -- some lady called me baby to my belt a tree fell –- no one in the car yelled for mom -- so long some ways half my pear for you no one close to the car can hear goodbye treat clinic bye too many questions house jello with no sugar for you the rays breeze of the kid I loved margot -- breeze makes you tall and strong – breaks your train retires the data you get -- we sat on a bench in a park with dogs in philly – my hometown luck I said do this with me always you said I want to so I need to know about that |

future’s where the heart’s the heart
go as I can and the heart’s there we get a slurpee walk the Iowa River we could go live in it -- inlets becoming our house boat we could sit in there hug the tuning we never knew a radio tunes my hair to you I’m basic you have a sound in me – I like look in the cabs of trucks for you I like you to sing – your music thank you – everyday I love this wrist on your hand miss you -- love all radios I could keep going walking city a thing to say to you every block -- claire – music I walk among you there |
